  1st ever visit at East Texas Dental Associates with a painful tooth on Dec 14 2015 they removed an existing crown and did a root canal temp fillings and temp crown and paid infull with both insurance and out of poket. Barely made it home before the temp crown came off. Next day they got me in and reinstalled the temp crown. Next day temp off again and again. 4 times I had to return to have the temp reinstalled the last time the dental assistant remade the temp properly and it is still on Jan. 13 2016. They made me an appointment for 12/21/15 to have the permanent fillings and and new crown installed and a chip tooth repaired as they had told me when I paid in full come to find out I had to cancel that appointment due to an other overlapping appointment and they rescheduled me for the 12/31/15 at 3pm they called the day before asked if I could come in at 1 rather than 3 and I replied I had business meetings and could not. The next morning they called and asked the same thing and said the crown was not in but they persisted I come in a 1, I could not see coming in if there wasn't a crown to go on and after all the time it had taken to get the temp crown to stay on I did not want to go through that again so I told the girl I felt it was unacceptable and when would the crown be there, placed on hold for over 5 min. so I hung up. Have tried to call to find out and get placed on hold or told the person I need to take to is out to lunch have done the online appointment with out call back have left have called during business hours and get a recording leave message with phone number without call back. Very nice and friendly and would like to say the dentist that did the dental work seemed very knowledgeable and professional I had no worries with that work at all. But it seem there is a philosophy there to take the money and do not complete the work. Now I have temp fillings temp cap having to do some company travel coming up and needing some answers and can not get any.
